About Us

The comfortable self-catering La Residence d’Almee is located close to Baie Sainte Anne on Praslin. From here, you can reach numerous restaurants and shops on-foot. Meanwhile, Anse Volbert, one of the most popular beaches on Praslin, is around 4 km away and easy to reach with a rental car.

La Residence d’Almee is the ideal starting point for a relaxing Seychelles holiday. These apartments are located in a well-maintained property and offer plenty of privacy and comfortable facilities for a self-catering holiday. There are also small shops, supermarkets, a bank, and cafés, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance, so you can easily get by without a rental car if you want. Your private terrace or balcony is ideal for looking out onto the palm trees in the garden. Those who are lucky can discover endemic bird species that sometimes pay a visit to the garden as well.

Inviting, cosy and neat sums up the interior of the apartment nicely, either on the ground or on the first floor. The furniture is made of dark brown wood and ensures a warm, friendly atmosphere in the bedrooms with their cosy beds, as well as the living area with its TV and seating, and the open-plan kitchen. Here you can find everything that you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The property is rounded out nicely by a covered terrace or balcony, as well as a spacious bathroom with shower.

Baie Sainte Anne is one of two regions on Praslin, and is also the administrative region for the neighbouring islands of Curieuse, Round, Chauve Souris, St. Pierre, and the artificial Eve Island. Your apartment is located around 1 km from the Baie Sainte Anne harbour, where you can take regular ferries to Mahé and La Digue. The stunning Anse Volbert beach is around 4 km away by rental car. This beach is one of the most popular and beautiful on Praslin thanks to its fine, white sand, turquoise water, and good infrastructure. Anyone staying on Praslin should also plan a trip to the Vallée de Mai nature park, around 3 km away. This jungle area is home to the endemic Coco de Mer palm tree, and is well worth a visit.
